Pig #2 -

We had so much fun raising Double Stuff and are enjoying the pork from him, after much discussion we were ready for Pig #2. This time I placed an ad on Craiglist in search of a weaner pig and a nice gentleman responded. He raises 4-H pigs but he also raises some meat pigs for local folks. This operation was much closer to home and it was also a lot cleaner. He was a wealth of information and very very nice.

Pig #2 is a Tamworth / Berkshire cross and I have read good things about the taste of the Tamworth pork. Here is to pig raising!!!!
