Spring Seedlings for Sale...

They say, "don't count your chicks before they hatch" but I changed the saying to don't count your eggs before they are laid. Here is a tentative list of seedlings I may have for sale this year. If you see something you would like let me know and I will put your name down and how many. I have truly never did this before so it will be an interesting experiment, but right now those tomatoes I have in the laundry room look wonderful and they smell good also.

- Early spring burpless cucumbers

(I have found if you have good soil and sun you can directly sow seeds in your garden and they will grow and bear fruit. I have however want to extend my growing season so I am going to start them in the house)

- Bush pickle cucumbers

(see info above, also these are bush style plants so they take up less room in the garden)

- Annie Oakley Okra

- Earli-Dew honeydew

- Early prolific straightneck summer squash

- Vegtable spaghetti winter squash

- Cherokee purple tomatoes

- Black Krim tomatoes

-Better Boy tomatoes

- Sweet 100s cherry tomatoes

These are the varities of seed I am planting in the house, let me know if you or your friends are interested. I am not sure the price yet but compared to nurseries it will be pretty inexpensive.

I want to be put down for early tomatoes and cucumbers, NOT enought sun for okra! Guess who won't eat any of the rest, so I will just beg one from you, once in a while.
