Weekly Weigh in #2

Today was week #2 weigh-in and the results are in..........

I officially weigh 173 lbs and my body fat is 39.5%. That means I am down 2.5 pounds this week - total down 7 pounds from the beginning. I have lost 1.5% of body fat this week.

I feel proud of me! Did I just say that? I am proud of me! Go Girl Go!

I am now up to riding my exercise bike to 25 minutes. Two weeks ago when I started I was riding for eight minutes. I am awesome, conceited but awesome!!!!!!
